Recruiting Account Executive: St. Louis, MO

Our team ranks in the top 5% of Recruiters worldwide and we are looking for an exceptionally enthusiastic and energetic Account Executive to join either our Financial Services Recruiting, or Construction Recruiting Teams.

We’re looking for a self-motivated individual with the ability to:

  • Source, target, recruit and deliver highly qualified candidates using techniques and resources including but not limited to market research, job boards, referrals, networking and cold calling
  • Make 60+ outbound calls a day
  • Speak confidently with potential candidates, hold their interest in speaking with you and gather information
  • Manage multiple job openings at once
  • Evaluate skill sets and match them to appropriate positions
  • Manage the flow of resume submittals
  • Utilize and update our mature, industry-specific database

Job requirements:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in Business to business sales or marketing: background in using social media for professional marketing
  • Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal
  • Drive and motivation to succeed in a competitive business setting
  • Strong aptitude for building and managing relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Desire to learn and advance in a fast-paced sales environment, and regularly use good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals
  • Attention to detail- emphasis on accuracy and quality
  • Ability to handle rejection in a positive way, and move on without getting flustered
  • Strong computer skills- MS Office, and CRM data bases
