My client has been a respected Chicago contracting firm for the past 40+ years. They are looking for a Business Development professional to build relationships with new core clients in their markets. The correct person will not be a salesperson, but a relationship builder that can describe how to deliver a professional service (construction management, design, architecture). You will build trust with potential future clients and the principals will help. You will have access to their marketing department for target support.

10+ years in a related business development area
$1M + project experience
Presentation skills to boards, C-level and potential clients
Presentation skills to address concerns with both owners and clients
CRM experience to manage contacts
