As the HR Manager you would be responsible for being the glue that keeps the leadership team connected. This person plans employee events, manages employee relations, supports the team by answering benefit questions and tracks various details for reporting. This is a union facility however they have a great working relationship however they would prefer someone who has worked in a union environment to help with documentation as needed.
