Our client is an established manufacturing organization with an incredibly reputation and loyal workforce and they are searching for an HR Manager. As the HR Manager you would be responsible for being the glue that keeps the leadership team connected.  This person plans employee events, manages employee relations, supports the team by answering benefit questions and tracks various details for reporting.  This is a union facility however they have a great working relationship however they would prefer someone who has worked in a union environment to help with documentation as needed.  If you enjoy building relationships, helping to develop the company culture and being the go to person for leadership please APPLY NOW!

Preferred Requirements:

• 5+ Years’ experience working in HR in a union manufacturing environment
• Able to juggle a wide variety of projects and develop strong relationships across the plant
