Due to tremendous growth, they are adding a strategic leader to oversee their external sales team and internal customer success team. This person will not only lead an established, highly successful team they will also collaborate across the organization to contribute to product strategy and new industry opportunities. As Vice President of Sales, you will evaluate the current sales strategy, and look for areas to improve their processes. In particular, their model has strong long term recurring revenue and this person will help to ensure sales, training and customer success efforts are aligned to ensure client satisfaction.
- Must have Experience selling Ed-Tech, eLearning, or SaaS to K-12 education
- Successful history of leadership success developing vision, strategy and leading a team
- Outstanding communicator who is passionate about education and wants to be a part of the mission of this organization
- Will consider remote / virtual office, travel 50% - must spend 1 week a month in Iowa
