As part of the HR team you will work to help make improvements to their internal processes including the implementation of an integrated HR management system, defining processes for recruiting, overseeing college recruiting and helping to provide training/coaching to leaders on various topics. This position will work with all divisions to lead their recruiting efforts, provide HR business support and help to define their recruiting brand.
- Hybrid HR and recruiting position, ideal candidate would have experience doing both
- Flexible, able to work with a variety of projects with teams across the organization
- Collaborator who will help to develop processes and streamline recruiting initiatives
- Must reside in or near the Cedar Rapids area, relocate is not available or considered for this position
